Urgently require Purchase Executive (Fire Fighting System) @ Pune (Phursungi).

Key Responsibilities

• Review project BOQ, technical specifications, drawings and material requirements

• Procurement planning, scheduling and material requirement forecasting

• Identify, evaluate and develop vendors, OEMs and authorized distributors

• Procurement of firefighting and fire protection equipment such as sprinklers, hydrants, valves, pumps, panels and related materials

• Float RFQs, obtain quotations and prepare comparative statements

• Analyze technical and commercial offers and coordinate for technical approvals

• Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty and commercial conditions





• Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality and technical compliance

• Review vendor offers for compliance with NFPA, IS, TAC, client specifications and approved makes

• Prepare, release and monitor Purchase Orders (POs)

• Track PO acknowledgements, amendments, order status and supplier commitments

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for on-time material delivery

• Track shipments and manage documents such as E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, invoices and transport documents

• Coordinate with stores/site teams for GRN, material inwarding and material availability
