- Carry out functional testing of transmission assemblies to ensure adherence to specified quality standards and requirements.
- Perform noise and vibration inspections to detect abnormal operating conditions and identify potential performance issues.
- Identify transmission defects and assist in root-cause investigations to address recurring quality concerns.
- Maintain test and inspection records and prepare relevant quality-related documentation.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to investigate issues and support effective resolution.
- Adhere to 5S practices and participate in continuous improvement activities within the shop-floor setting.
