Project Coordinator Residential Real Estate (Architect / Civil Engineer)

About the role
We're a Pune developer working on residential and redevelopment projects. We're looking for a Project Coordinator to keep design, approvals and site work moving on time, linking management, consultants, contractors and the site team.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Track project schedules, drawings, BOQs and work progress, and flag delays early.
- Follow up on PMC approvals, NOCs and RERA-related documentation with the liaison team.
- Review drawings for site readiness, and check carpet, built-up and balcony areas against approved plans.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, MIS and minutes of meetings for management.
- Check contractor bills and measurements against work done,



and support quality and safety checks on site.
- Coordinate with sales on flat details, plans and possession timelines.

Requirements
- B.Arch or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years in residential real estate or construction, preferably in Pune.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Project, or similar tools.
- Understanding of PMC building approvals, UDCPR and redevelopment projects is a plus.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills, organised and able to handle several stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Marathi, with Hindi preferred.
