Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced People & Change professional with strong consulting experience in organisational change management, business transformation, and people transformation. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end change strategies, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and adoption initiatives for large-scale transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end People & Change strategies, implementation plans, and change roadmaps.
- Drive organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and business readiness.
- Partner with executive sponsors, senior stakeholders, and programme leadership teams to achieve transformation objectives.
- Develop communication, leadership alignment, employee engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops, executive alignment sessions, and business readiness activities.
- Support digital transformation, AI adoption, HR transformation, operating model changes, and process transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, RFP responses, proposals, client presentations, and business development.
- Develop change management methodologies, frameworks, tools,



and consulting best practices.
- Coach and mentor consultants and ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall consulting experience, including organisational change or transformation programmes.
- Solid experience in People & Change, Organisational Change Management (OCM), or People Transformation.
- Experience delivering large-scale business or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to HR, Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, Outsourcing, Operating Model, Digital Transformation, AI Adoption, or Workforce Transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience in change impact assessment, business readiness, adoption strategy, communications, and leadership alignment.
- Excellent consulting, presentation, workshop facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on global, regional, or multi-country transformation programmes.
- Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Experience in consulting practice development, thought leadership, and team mentoring.
- Flexibility to travel based on client and project requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates from management consulting, Big 4 consulting firms, transformation advisory, People & Change consulting, or enterprise change management practices are preferred.
