FCS Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of plastic injection molding machinery across assigned markets.

The role involves managing existing customers, developing new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of plastic injection molding machines and related machinery solutions.
- Develop new customers and business opportunities across the assigned territory.
- Manage existing customers and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer manufacturing requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into orders.
- Coordinate with technical, service, application, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records,



and regular sales reports.

Desired Profile:

- 5-10 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in plastic injection molding machine sales is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of the plastics processing / injection molding industry.
- Experience handling OEMs, manufacturers, dealers, or industrial customers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven approach.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Engineering preferred.
- Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

Desired Skills:

- Candidates MUST have prior sales experience specifically in Plastic Injection Molding Machines / Injection Molding Machinery.
- Candidates from general industrial sales, automobile sales, electrical sales, engineering products, or unrelated machinery sales without relevant plastic injection molding machine sales experience should not be considered.
