Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to clients on enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including networking, virtualization (Hyper-V), and Linux systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve high-priority incidents and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop documentation for knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 3-14 years of experience in enterprise technical support or a related field.
- Robust understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP protocols and routing concepts.
- Proficiency in managing virtual machines using Hyper-V technology.
