- Lead the development of highways projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop designs, and manage budgets.
- Provide technical guidance on highway design, construction methods, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 14-22 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of highways design principles, including road geometry, drainage systems, and pavement design.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
- Experience working on Open Roads software for highway design is an asset.
