Role & responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
- Conduct field visits and centre meetings.
- Explain loan products, terms, and repayment schedules to customers.
- Complete customer KYC and loan documentation.
- Ensure timely EMI collection and follow up on overdue payments.
- Achieve assigned targets for customer acquisition and loan disbursement.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates residing within 20 km of the location will be preferred.
- Communication, customer handling, sales, fieldwork, collection follow-up, teamwork, and target orientation.
