In this role you are responsible for the manufacturing of high-pressure accumulators and high-pressure fuel lines. It includes machining (milling, turning), ECM (electro-chemical machining), pipe swaging, pipe bending, autofrettage (high-pressure pre-stressing), clean room assembly, parts cleaning and cleanliness testing. Manufacturing follows a quality management system that is based on IATF 16949 (automotive quality standard) and is supported by a measurement lab, which is equipped with contour tracer, coordinate measurement machine and microscopes.
As a Production & Manufacturing engineer you are cooperating in cross-functional development core teams and are an important interface to our headquarters in Switzerland.
A potential candidate should have a university degree (Bachelors / Master’s) in mechanical engineering and in minimum 5 years proven experience with programming and operation of CNC machines (milling, turning). He or she is familiar with quality planning (APQP) and with statistical process control. A potential candidate has a strong performance orientation and integrity and is characterized by a positive and respectful behavior.
