Tech Lead - Full-Stack Technical Leadership | Tekdi Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Role Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Tech Lead with strong full-stack capabilities to architect and deliver transformative digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver high-performance, scalable full-stack applications with primary focus on React JS front-end development and node/python based backend, while ensuring robust backend integration and data management.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across the stack, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence while empowering team members to grow into future leaders.
- Drive technical decisions around front-end and backend architecture, tooling, and best practices, ensuring optimal performance, accessibility, and user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute actively to open-source products and communities, improving foundational building blocks and giving back innovations that benefit the broader ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders across Samaaj, Sarkar,



and Bazaar to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Champion code quality through comprehensive code reviews, automated testing strategies, and adherence to industry best practices and Tekdi quality standards across the entire stack.
- Own end-to-end delivery of features and components, from front-end interfaces through backend APIs and database design, ensuring timely delivery that meets project KPIs and client expectations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies across front-end and backend domains, introducing innovations that enhance our development capabilities.

Education Experience

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

8-10 years of professional full-stack software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role

Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex web applications in production environments

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

Note: This role requires mix of front-end and backend proficiency.

Front-End Expertise

- React JS Mastery: Deep expertise in React 16.8+ including Hooks, Context API, performance optimization, and advanced patterns (5+ years hands-on experience required)
- Modern JavaScript: Expert-level proficiency in ES6+, TypeScript, asynchronous programming, and functional programming paradigms
- State Management:



Extensive experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX, or similar state management solutions
- Front-End Ecosystem: Solid command of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, esbuild), package managers (npm, yarn), and development workflows
- Testing: Comprehensive knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and test-driven development practices
- Responsive Design: Expertise in creating accessible, mobile-first, responsive interfaces using CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components, Emotion)
- Performance Optimization: Deep understanding of web performance metrics, optimization techniques, and debugging tools

Backend Proficiency

- Node.js Development: Solid working knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs
- Database Management: Hands-on experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and PostgreSQL (SQL), including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling
- API Design: Understanding of API architecture, authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and microservices patterns
- Server-Side Technologies: Familiarity with server deployment, environment configuration, and backend security best practices

Additional Technical Skills

- Advanced Git proficiency including branching strategies, code review processes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
- Experience with containerisation technologies (Docker) and basic orchestration concepts
