Role: Senior Executive - HRBP - Warehouse Operations

Location: Pune - Bhamboli

Payroll: CIEL HR (12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for warehouse employees.
- Manage attendance, absenteeism, manpower planning, and shift scheduling.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for warehouse/frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth workforce management.
- Monitor attrition and support retention initiatives.




- Support HR audits and ensure policy implementation at warehouse sites.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of HR experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling blue-collar workforce management.
- Valuable knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/systems.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and travel when required.
- Regional language proficiency preferred.
