Job Description: Admission Counselor

Job Responsibilities

- Contact students who are interested in MBA and other online learning programs.
- Understand students educational backgrounds and career goals.
- Explain course details, fees, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
- Guide students in choosing the right course and university.
- Follow up with students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed admissions.
- Assist students with registration, document submission, and fee payment.
- Maintain regular communication with students and resolve their queries.
- Update student information and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team performance.

Skills Required





- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good convincing and counseling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Positive follow-up and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

- Graduation in any stream is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or education counseling is an advantage.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Salary: As per experience, plus performance-based incentives.
