Role & responsibilities
1. Positive Communication skills as single point of contact for customers, auditors, visitors
2. Excellent Writing skills ( English ).
3. Must have knowledge related to PCB standards and General Certification Required like ISO, IATF, OSHAS, ISO 14000, Customer Specific Certifications like MSIL, Hundai, Honda etc.
4. Must have Knowledge regarding 7QC tools and other allied industrial QMS practices
5. Basic Knowledge about (1- PPAP Documentation, 2- Quality Complaint handling tools ( like CAPA, 6W2H formats etc . ), 3- IMDS reports and relevant information, 4- IPC standard acceptance criteria .
