Job Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Executive HRBP to support business teams across the employee lifecycle, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and employee relations while helping build a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement, performance management and exits.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes with empathy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance reviews, HR interventions, rewards recognition, LD and employee engagement initiatives.
- Track HR metrics and prepare HR dashboards, reports and employee surveys.
- Support HR policies, processes and ensure effective implementation across teams.
- Drive employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives and interdepartmental programs.
- Conduct exit interviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Support remote/hybrid employee engagement and people initiatives.
- Contribute to employer branding,



including Glassdoor/Google reviews and social media initiatives.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and improve employee experience.

Requirements

- 3 8 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure.
- Must have independently handled at least 2 complete PMS cycles, including goal setting, performance reviews, ratings/calibration, and closure.
- Master's degree/MBA with specialization in HR.
- Experience in IT/IT Product/IT Services/ITES preferred.
- Robust employee relations and grievance-handling experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong HR analytics and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- High integrity, empathy, problem-solving and organizational skills.
