Position - Vertical Production Section Head

Location: Pune
Experience: 13-15 Years
Industry Preference: Automotive / Auto Components / Heat Exchangers / Radiators / Condensers

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager/Senior Manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in handling production lines, managing a large workforce, driving productivity improvements, and ensuring smooth plant operations. Candidates with experience in manufacturing of Condensers, Radiators, Heat Exchangers, HVAC Components, or Automotive Systems will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production activities across multiple manufacturing lines.
- Lead and supervise a large workforce comprising operators, supervisors, and contract manpower.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.
- Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions to address bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S practices.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and resources.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Planning teams for seamless operations.
- Improve line efficiency, productivity, OEE, and overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.




- Handle manpower planning, performance management, and team development.

Candidate Profile

- 13-15 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Operations.
- Strong exposure to automotive or engineering manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience in managing multiple production lines and large workforce.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exposure to heat exchanger, radiator, condenser, or similar manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A robust shop-floor leader who has successfully managed high-volume production lines, handled large manpower strength, and delivered operational excellence in automotive component manufacturing.
