Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage insurance claims processing, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Analyze and resolve claim discrepancies to ensure accurate payment processing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes.
- Develop robust relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Job Requirements :
- 5-6 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Forms & Reports (OFR) system.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
