Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop engaging visual content for our real estate projects, marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communication. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to create visually appealing content aligned with the companys brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative content for social media, digital marketing, print media, and corporate communication.
- Design project-related marketing materials for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Management teams to understand creative requirements.
- Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency across communication.
- Edit images, photographs, and videos as required for marketing purposes.
- Create creatives for festivals, events, employee activities, announcements, and corporate communication.




- Manage multiple design requirements and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.
- Review designs before publishing/printing to ensure accuracy in content, alignment, and branding.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative ideas relevant to the real estate industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer; real estate/marketing industry experience will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, branding, and visual composition.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into effective visual creatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

- Valuable knowledge of social media creative formats.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with cross-functional teams.
