Role & responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their academic background, interests, career goals, and future opportunities.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend suitable courses or programs based on student requirements.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Assist students throughout the application and admission process.
