Develop and execute sales strategies for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on building a robust sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of D365 CRM opportunities and provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts.

- Work closely with the Presales and Delivery teams to understand client requirements, design the right solution, coordinate product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and drive opportunities to closure.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Power Platform solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, Microsoft stakeholders, partners, and key decision-makers.





- Understand customer business challenges and position Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions through a consultative and value-based selling approach.

- Develop account plans and sales strategies for new and existing customers to maximize revenue opportunities.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling D365 CRM, Power Platform, implementation, customization, integration, and managed services.

- Work closely with Marketing to develop campaigns, generate leads, identify target markets, and create effective go-to-market strategies.

- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor offerings, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 product developments to identify new business opportunities.

- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and proposal presentations while ensuring alignment with internal pricing and approval processes.

- Ensure compliance with internal sales, quality, commercial, and governance processes.

- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly
