Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (Primary Skill 60% focus).
- Hands-on experience in L2 Application Support.
- Ability to analyze recurring production issues and coordinate with the L3 Development Team for permanent fixes.
- Support the L1 Team by resolving repetitive issues and validating fixes.
- Good troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to learn additional technologies such as Java and Python.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 production support for business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PL/SQL-related issues.
- Coordinate with the L3 Development Team to implement permanent solutions.
- Validate fixes through testing before deployment.
- Work closely with the L1 Support Team to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
