Job Description Purchase Executive (MEP Company)

Job Title: Purchase Executive Department: Purchase & Procurement Industry: MEP – Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing

Key Responsibilities:

- Procure electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting materials as per project requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with project, site, accounts, and stores teams.
- Follow up on material dispatch, delivery, invoices, and pending orders.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and records.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of MEP materials and procurement processes.
- Valuable negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, ERP software, and purchase documentation.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably with experience in MEP procurement.

Experience: 1–3 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in the MEP industry.
