We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to handle technical sales, customer visits, product demonstrations, application support and after-sales service for industrial tools and fastening solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships as well as supporting existing customers technically.

Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and generate current business opportunities.
- Visit customer sites regularly for sales, technical discussions, product demonstrations and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial tools, fastening solutions and related products.
- Prepare quotations, technical offers and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate product trials, demonstrations and tool evaluations at customer locations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and basic service support for industrial tools.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams for enquiries, orders, deliveries, trials and service requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, enquiries, purchase orders and pending payments.
- Identify new applications and opportunities for business development within existing and new customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure timely closure of enquiries.
- Prepare visit reports, enquiry status,



sales pipeline and other required reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Travel to customer locations across Pune, and other areas of Maharashtra/India, as required.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering, Maintenance preferred.
- 12 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, application engineering, service engineering or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in industrial tools, fastening systems, power tools, pneumatic tools, automotive/engineering products or industrial equipment will be preferred.
- Should have good technical understanding and the ability to understand customer applications and requirements.
- Should be comfortable with field visits, customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be capable of independently handling customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / email is required.
- Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel regularly for customer visits.
- Candidates with a strong sales-oriented mindset and willingness to learn technical products will be preferred.
