Job Details

- Position: Software Engineer Python Backend Developer
- Experience: 2–4 Years
- Work Shift: Night Shift
- Interview Mode: Virtual (Teams)

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with Django, Flask, and/or Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Strong understanding of backend development and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of database design, SQL queries, joins, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with React or Angular.
- Proficiency in Git and collaborative development practices.
- Understanding of SDLC, debugging, testing, and code quality.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift environment.

Valuable-to-Have Skills





- Exposure to Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, embeddings, or vector databases.
- Experience with FastAPI.
- Exposure to Docker and containerization.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or microservices architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD practices.
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and AI-enabled application development.
