Job Title: Valuation Manager / Senior Manager

Experience: 6+ years of relevant valuation experience

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced valuation professional to lead client engagements, oversee technical reviews, manage teams, and ensure high-quality valuation deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead valuation engagements, client relationships, and end-to-end delivery.
- Review valuation models, assumptions, methodologies, and reports.
- Handle complex client and auditor queries and resolve technical issues.
- Manage teams, resource allocation, timelines, and engagement budgets.
- Monitor utilisation, revenue, profitability, and delivery quality.
- Support business development, proposals, client transitions, and account growth.

Required Skills:

- 6+ years of relevant business valuation experience.
- Strong expertise in at least one primary valuation area.




- Experience in technical review, team leadership, and direct client management.
- Robust financial modelling, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Valuation Areas: Business Enterprise Valuation (BEV), 409A, Gift & Estate, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Share-Based Payments/ESOP, Portfolio Valuation, Impairment, and Complex Securities Valuation (including MCS).

Qualifications: Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. CA, CPA, CFA, MBA/MS Finance, or relevant valuation certifications are preferred.

Note: Big Four experience and a premier B-school background are not mandatory. Selection will be based on relevant expertise and demonstrated capabilities.
