Job Title: Proposal & Estimation Engineer
We are a company that into Proposal & Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and estimating aeration systems for wastewater treatment, including Aeration Basins, SBR, MBBR, and MBR processes.

Handling government and PSU tendering activities through GeM and other e-tendering portals.

Reviewing tender documents, NITs, BOQs, ATC, eligibility criteria and technical requirements.

Preparing and compiling technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

Preparing pre-qualification (PQ) and qualification documents, including company experience, certificates and statutory documents.

Preparing Power of Attorney, Board Resolutions, undertakings, declarations, conflict-of-interest forms and other tender-related documents.

Coordinating with management and internal teams for authorized signatures, company seals, certificates and supporting documents.

Preparing responses to bid queries, clarifications and deficient-document requirements raised by clients.

Maintaining and organizing tender-related records, certificates, work orders, purchase orders, invoices and payment proofs.

Handling vendor registration and pre-qualification documentation for companies/organizations such as ONGC, BPCL,



IOCL, HPCL and other clients.

Monitoring tender deadlines, submission requirements and compliance checklists to ensure timely bid submission.

Preparing bid submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with client and portal requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for

- Preparing accurate technical and commercial proposals
- Performing process and design calculations, and selecting appropriate equipment such as blowers, diffusers, and tanks.
- The role involves close coordination with the sales team to discuss technical requirements, clarify client specifications, and ensure timely submission of competitive and cost-effective proposals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- 2 To 5 years of relevant experience in wastewater treatment design and estimation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and process design tools
- Robust understanding of aeration technologies and wastewater processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
