Network Manager

Location: Noida / Gurugram
Experience: 12+ years in Networking | 5+ years in Team Management
Shift: Evening/Night Shift (5:30 PM 6:00 AM window)
Industry: BPO/KPO/ITES

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Network Manager with strong hands-on L2/L3 expertise, network architecture capabilities, and proven people management skills. The role involves managing multi-site network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, resolving critical network and voice issues, and leading network engineers and the IT SWAT team.

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of enterprise networking experience, preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES or voice-dependent environments.
- 5+ years of team management experience, including team development, shift planning and performance management.
- Strong hands-on expertise in L2/L3 networking, firewalls, VLANs, routing, switching and inter-VLAN routing.
- Proven experience with SonicWall firewalls, HA failover, dual ISP connectivity and IPsec site-to-site VPNs.
- Strong understanding of QoS, VoIP troubleshooting, jitter, packet loss, latency and call drops.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix, ManageEngine OpManager, PRTG or SolarWinds.
- Multi-site network architecture, incident management, RCA and problem management experience.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management and vendor/ISP escalation skills.




- Ability to independently handle critical incidents during evening/night shifts.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Vonage, SIP trunking, DID and voice traffic management.
- CCNP/CCIE and SonicWall certifications.
- ITIL certification and ISO 27001/client audit exposure.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) and Linux/Python/Bash scripting.
- Experience supporting global clients and managing network infrastructure across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own network architecture, availability, security and performance across multiple sites.
- Lead complex L2/L3, firewall, WAN, VPN, VDI and voice-related escalations.
- Manage network engineers and IT SWAT operations across shifts.
- Drive incident resolution, RCA, permanent fixes, monitoring improvements and DR/BCP readiness.
- Manage vendors, SLAs, client communications and network capacity planning.
