Role Summary
We are hiring sales professionals from the medical and insurance background to sell metabolic health and wellness programmes, using consultative selling and trust-based conversations with customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage leads and consult customers on metabolic health programmes
• Explain programme benefits, outcomes and pricing in a consultative manner
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Follow up diligently with prospects and manage the complete sales funnel




• Coordinate with the clinical / coaching team for onboarding
• Maintain CRM records and daily reports
• Handle objections around cost, trust and results with empathy
Must-Have Requirements
• Background in medical sales, healthcare, wellness or insurance sales
• Minimum 1- 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Solid consultative selling and communication skills
• Comfort with high-ticket, long-cycle sales

Good to Have
• Experience selling health plans, diagnostics, or chronic care programmes
• Knowledge of lifestyle disorders such as diabetes and obesity
Key Performance Indicators
• Enrolments and revenue vs target
• Lead to enrolment conversion
• Customer onboarding experience
