Role & responsibilities -

We are seeking highly skilled and passionate Bridge Design Engineers to join our Engineering and Design Division. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise, sound engineering judgement and a problem-solving mindset to the design of major bridges and complex structural systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertake structural analysis and design of major bridges, PSC bridges, flyovers, ROBs, piers, foundations and superstructures.
- Prepare and review design calculations, structural analysis models, design reports and detailed drawings.
- Work on complex bridge structures, including cable-stayed, extra-dosed, segmental and long-span bridges, wherever project requirements demand.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IRC, IS and project-specific standards.
- Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and construction teams to develop practical and cost-effective design solutions.
- Review drawings, resolve technical issues and support design reviews and value engineering.
- Guide junior engineers and ensure accuracy,



quality and timely delivery of design outputs.

Preferred candidate profile-

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering ,M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in bridge structural design.
- Strong understanding of bridge engineering principles, structural analysis, load combinations, seismic design and foundation systems.
- Proficiency in MIDAS Civil; working knowledge of STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex engineering assignments with technical ownership, precision and accountability.
- Experience with major bridges or specialized bridge structures will be an advantage.
