Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through campus hiring, sales hiring, and other channels.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding current employees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify potential candidates.
- Design and deliver induction training programs to ensure smooth transition of new hires into their respective roles.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of successful campus hiring campaigns and sales recruitment drives.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
