Job Details:

- Location: Gurgaon
- Work Schedule: 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Eligibility: Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing or Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer support through calls , Chat, and Phone in a blended support setting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze customer concerns by reviewing case history and identifying the root cause to deliver effective resolutions.
- Use AI-powered tools and LLMs to summarize cases,



retrieve policy information, and draft personalized customer responses.
- Follow established processes, maintain accurate documentation, manage case follow-ups, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Act as a customer advocate by identifying product issues, documenting trends, and contributing to improved customer satisfaction.
