Own HR operations for 180+ staff across head office and project sites - recruitment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination and site labour welfare.

Responsibilities
- Run recruitment for engineers, supervisors and site staff
- Maintain statutory compliance - PF, ESI, labour licenses
- Coordinate payroll, leave and site transfer processes
- Oversee labour welfare and grievance handling at sites
Qualifications
- Graduate/MBA in HR or related field
- 5-10 years of HR experience, construction/infrastructure preferred
- Familiarity with labour-law compliance for project sites
