Job Summary
Prepare and verify quantities, rate analyses and bills for railway and metro projects - from BOQ preparation to final measurement certification.
Location: Project sites, PAN India
Type: Full time
Experience: 3-7 years
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, rate analyses and cost estimates
- Verify contractor and sub-contractor bills against measurements
- Maintain measurement books and reconciliation statements
- Support claims, variations and final-bill certification
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 3-7 years of quantity-surveying experience, railway/metro preferred
- Working knowledge of railway schedule of rates is a plus
