Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1 to 2 years of experience in basic accounting, Tally, and MS Excel. The candidate should be capable of maintaining financial records, managing receivables, and handling payment follow-ups with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Manage accounts receivable and track outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices.
- Prepare payment status reports and outstanding receivable statements.
- Perform basic ledger reconciliation and verify accounting records.
- Use MS Excel for maintaining reports, data entry,



and account-related records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding payment status and discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting information.

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
- Understanding of accounts receivable and payment follow-up.
- Good numerical and data-entry skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage records and complete tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting.
- Candidates with experience in receivables and customer payment follow-ups will be preferred.
