Egon Zehnder, Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Established in January 2005, KCI in Gurgaon, collaborates with the Global offices of Egon Zehnder. The Experts Team comprises of individuals aligned to Industry or Functional Practices who work end-to-end on solving client mandates. The Experts provide insights from internal/external databases, expert perspectives on industry trend and through their experiences. Most of the team members come with an industry specialization (working in consulting or industry or both) and deliver insights for solving critical client problems.

Role

- Act as a thought partner to client teams on strategically important engagements.
- Collaborate with colleagues (Consultants, Experts, and EAs) on project execution, pitch preparation, business development, and knowledge management.
- Manage project teams throughout the search process to drive strategy, execution,



and client outcomes.
- Lead and manage global projects (including market research, pitch preparation, analyses, and client deliverables) by setting clear work plans and holding project teams accountable to agreed expectations.
- Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates through the firms internal network, external resources, and market outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks to gather industry insights and support candidate solutions as part of assignment execution and business development efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

8-12 years of relevant professional experience in Industry, Consulting or Research

Experience working on international engagements in a professional services environment with an understanding of global market

External research databases/tools such as Factiva, Capital IQ and BoardEx

Experience engaging with the external market and stakeholders

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills and expertise working with MS-Office Tools (Teams, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)

Self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, and eye for detail
