Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AGM Pack House to manage end-to-end projects, pack house operations, technical and commercial activities, vendor management, marketing, and business development across India, covering cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, and pack house projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead planning, execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, and pack house projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, site activities, milestones, quality, safety, and execution schedules.
- Provide technical guidance on civil, electrical, refrigeration, MEP, and food processing systems.
- Prepare/review technical proposals, estimates, costing, and techno-commercial documentation; participate in feasibility studies, client meetings, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders, including project-related liaisoning.
- Manage overall pack house operations, manpower planning, site activities, operational costs, productivity, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Prepare MIS, operational reports, and project updates for management.




- Identify current business opportunities and maintain strong client networks across India.
- Participate in client presentations, business development meetings, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Support marketing initiatives and business growth through effective client engagement.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for manpower, transportation, packaging materials, equipment, and maintenance.
- Monitor vendor performance, cost, quality, and timely service delivery.
- Resolve operational and project-related issues with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise pan-India project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

- 812 years of relevant experience in project execution, infrastructure, cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, or pack house projects.
- Experience in end-to-end project and site management, vendor management, client coordination, costing, and techno-commercial negotiations.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of civil, electrical, refrigeration, MEP, and food processing projects.
- Strong project management, leadership, planning, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Male candidates preferred.
