- Conduct field visits to rental flats and apartments.
- Visit assigned property locations as per the customer meetings scheduled by the RM.
- Coordinate with customers and assist them during property visits.
- Show rental properties to customers based on their requirements and preferences.
- Explain basic property details and address initial customer queries.
- Coordinate with the RM and internal sales team to ensure smooth property visits.
- Travel regularly within the assigned location to facilitate property visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
- Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.
- Comfortable with 100% fieldwork and daily local travel.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with a willingness to work in the field can also apply.
