Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth through new client acquisition, key account management, and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and programs that support sales efforts.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 6-16 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Proven track record of success in business development management, including identifying current business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of key account management principles and ability to cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across multiple departments.
