Mandatory Skills

- Strong Retail Lending domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution design.
- Valuable understanding of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
- Experience supporting implementation and production deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Retail Lending product management and roadmap initiatives.
- Requirement Gathering, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Provide domain expertise to implementation and development teams.
- Track and manage functional helpdesk activities and SLA compliance.
- Conduct product gap analysis and accelerator fitment assessments.
- Coordinate with business, development, QA, and customer stakeholders.
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-production activities.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows,



and functional specifications.
- Participate in product enhancement discussions and feature validation.
- Perform functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
