We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Physician Callers with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM. The candidate will be responsible for following up on outstanding medical claims, coordinating with insurance companies and healthcare providers, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
- Perform AR/Physician Calling to determine claim status and payment details.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and pending claims.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate corrective action.
- Work on denied claims, appeals and claim corrections.
- Analyze ERA/EOB (Electronic Remittance Advice / Explanation of Benefits) to identify payment discrepancies.
- Verify claim status, eligibility, perks, authorization and reimbursement information.
- Coordinate with insurance representatives to resolve claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of calls, follow-ups and claim updates.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy and collection targets.
- Handle high-volume outbound calls professionally.
- Follow client policies, HIPAA requirements and process guidelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Minimum 1+ year of AR Physician Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.
- Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management.

- Working knowledge of medical billing/RCM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in US/rotational shifts.

Eligibility

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant AR Physician Calling / Healthcare RCM experience.
- Candidates with strong experience in US Healthcare AR Calling, Physician Billing or Medical Billing will be preferred.

Experience: Freshers - 4 Years

CTC: LPA 2.8 LPA to 6LPA

(Based on previous CTC and applicable hike, up to 30%. Max 6 LPA)
