Job Opening: Domestic Voice Process Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
- Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail
Work Schedule
- 5-day working with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Solid communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, Odia and Bengali is preferred
Interview Process
Candidates will go through 4 rounds of interviews:
1. HR Screening
2. Operations Round
3. Client Round
4. Versant Test
Interview Timings: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM
