We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US staffing market. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling W2 requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with clients and consultants.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience recruiting for W2 requirements.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization categories and employment types.
- Experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strings.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven experience filling W2 positions, good candidate networking skills, and the ability to identify qualified IT professionals quickly will be preferred.
