Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from international clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions using B2B/B2C sales techniques.
- Meet daily/weekly targets by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients, including notes on conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in inbound sales (BPO/Call Centre).
- Robust knowledge of B2B/B2C sales principles, practices, and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for handling international calls with diverse cultures and languages.
