Job Description: International Non-Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad
Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA CTC
Work Week: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts.
cab provided one way ( with in the radius of 23km).
Job Requirements:-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any of the following:
- International Voice Process
- International Chat Support
- Technical Support Voice
- International Non-Voice Process
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Need excellent communication skills( C1 Quality )
- Handle international customer queries through chat, email, or other non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns when required.
