Accounts Manager / Accountant / Accounts Executive
Specialization: Export & E-commerce Accounting

We are looking for a skilled and experienced accounting professional with hands-on expertise in e-commerce accounting, export transactions, foreign currency (USD) receipts, and logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for export and e-commerce transactions.
- Handle USD receipts, foreign currency transactions, forex reconciliation, and exchange rate differences.
- Manage export sales invoices, shipping documents, and export-related accounting.
- Work with ICEGATE for export documentation and related transactions.
- Verify and account for FedEx/courier invoices, freight charges, customs charges, and shipping expenses.
- Reconcile e-commerce orders, sales reports, customer receipts, and bank transactions.
- Track export shipments and match invoices, shipping documents,



courier bills, and forex receipts.
- Handle bank, customer, and foreign currency reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, export compliance, and month-end/year-end closing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in export accounting, e-commerce accounting, international sales, or logistics accounting.
- Practical knowledge of foreign currency transactions and USD receipts.
- Working knowledge of ICEGATE and export documentation.
- Experience with FedEx or international courier billing.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and banking transactions.
- Strong reconciliation, documentation, and analytical skills.

Significant: This is a hands-on role. Candidates must have practical exposure to export/e-commerce transaction processing, forex receipts, ICEGATE, courier documentation, and reconciliation. General accounting experience alone may not be sufficient.
