General Summary

Position:Individual tax (1040 HNI) Manager / AM

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 day WFH)

Timings:2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

Experience: 8-12

Interview Mode: Virtual (All rounds)final round face to face

One side Cab facility

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and Review U.S. Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040)HNI

File federal and state returns for individuals

Support clients with IRS letters or notices

Work with U.S.



teams to gather documents and ensure timely filings

Use tax software such as GoSystem, Drake, CCH Axcess, or Lacerte

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

8years of experience in U.S. Individual Taxation

Knowledge of Form 1040, state tax regulations, and foreign income rules

Exposure to:

Form 990

Robust attention to detail and communication skills

Comfortable with U.S. tax software and documentation
