Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of international clients across various regions including Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and NAS countries.
- Develop solid relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Ensure timely escalation management for complex issues affecting client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or client success roles.
- Proven track record in managing international clients from diverse geographies (Australia, Canada, UK, USA).
- Strong understanding of escalation management processes to resolve high-priority issues promptly.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within an organization to drive business growth through effective communication.
