Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically qualified and result-oriented professional to manage our wastewater management and sanitation services, including STP/ETP operations, grease trap maintenance, sludge management and related environmental services.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing service operations, coordinating with corporate clients and developing new business opportunities.

Technical Operations & Site Management

- Independently manage and supervise STP/ETP operations, grease trap cleaning, sludge removal and wastewater management services.
- Conduct technical site inspections, assess client requirements and recommend appropriate service solutions.
- Plan manpower, equipment, materials and service schedules for efficient execution.
- Coordinate with field technicians, operators, vendors and waste transportation agencies.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor safety procedures, EHS compliance and applicable environmental regulations.

Business Development & Client Management

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate offices, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, industries and facility management companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, procurement teams and corporate clients.
- Generate enquiries, conduct client meetings and follow up on business proposals.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical quotations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and develop annual maintenance contracts (AMCs)



and recurring service agreements.
- Identify additional service opportunities within existing client accounts.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, work completion certificates and operational records.
- Maintain client communication, quotations, work orders and service schedules.
- Track project costs, profitability, pending quotations and business opportunities.
- Submit regular operational and business development reports to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Environmental, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 4–8 years of experience in STP/ETP operations, wastewater treatment, grease trap services or environmental services.
- Strong technical understanding of STP/ETP treatment processes, pumps, blowers, motors and sludge handling.
- Experience handling corporate facilities, commercial properties or industrial service contracts.
- Ability to independently manage site operations, prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.
- Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of EHS procedures, environmental compliance and safe waste handling practices.
- Experience in technical sales or business development will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across Hyderabad.
