Job Summary

As a Compliance Analyst, Staff A, you will support the Compliance team in safeguarding our platform and ensuring that our processes meet regulatory and internal standards. You will be responsible for a range of operational compliance tasks, working closely with colleagues across the business to help maintain the integrity of our services.

Responsibilities

- Process and verify requests for administrative access to the Blackbaud Verified Network.
- Investigate changes to bank account and disbursement address details, ensuring appropriate controls are followed.
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced due diligence on incoming customers.
- Monitor and triage sanction screening for charities operating on our platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and decisions.
- Support the wider Compliance team with ad-hoc tasks and investigations.
- Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and data analysis.
- Escalate potential issues or risks to senior team members as appropriate.
