- Write creative scripts, titles, descriptions and thumbnail briefs
- Find, brief and manage YouTuber and creator partnerships, from outreach to final deliverables
- Review every video and thumbnail before it goes live, checking it against health-category claims rules, platform policy and brand standards

- 2+ years managing YouTube for a brand or creator channel
- Hands-on experience on a medical device or health and wellness brand
- Has written scripts or videos that performed, with numbers to show
- Has run creator or YouTuber collaborations end to end




- Working knowledge of YouTube Studio analytics and YouTube SEO

Preferred qualifications

- Familiarity with advertising rules for health claims in India
- Has grown a channels subscribers or views measurably
- Can write in Hindi or another regional language as well as English
