Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Maintain records of all interactions with customers
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in an international BPO of handling customer support operations.
Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written).
Solid interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
